All services designs are carried out in house, we do not sub-contract any design work.

All of our engineers have several years experience in working on building services designs and installations and are involved with similar framework agreements for other council based clients.

We have a policy of forming a dedicated design team that would work on the proposed framework to ensure that a high level of service and continuity is provided at all times. Overall control would be managed through a dedicated company director. We have an extremely low turnover of staff which is very important in maintaining continuity with projects & client teams.

It is our view that this approach in conjunction with our transparent procedures, systems of working and design experience all contribute to a successful project delivery.
